Just a tiny update. I was really having a craving for a baked good, visions of cupcakes and muffins danced in my head. And to my dismay i had several bananas going bad on my counter and normally i would just bake them right into a wonderful banana bread, but i couldn't do that- it would mean using sugar! oh no! So to the computer I went and as my fingers flew -whats that?! A sugar-free recipe? Yes!!
So it uses 1 cup of honey- as Matt pointed out, not the cheapest loaf of bread. However if you strive for au natural- you should try it, it was delicious! HERE is the link :)
