Cowboy Cookies - Handmade in the Heartland

Cowboy Cookies

Have i ever told you about my favorite cookies? I don't think i have. They are so delicious. The recipe is Matt's mom's and it makes like a million cookies. If i don't have time or want to freeze extra dough i cut the recipe in half. But I really like to freeze half of the dough so if i need a dessert in a pinch i just pull it out and roll them out. I made them on Sunday and was reminded just how much i really really enjoy them. and even more if they are warm. Thank you Vicki for sharing such an amazing cookie with a cookie lover.
seriously it fills up the whole kitchen aid bowl. SO much dough :)
