Out and About Around KC

Last weekend was gorgeous. just beautiful, and we took full advantage of the lovely fall in Kansas City. Friday night i had such a fun girls night with friends. We went to dinner at lulu's noodle shop and then went to Holiday Mart at the convention center. Holiday Mart is a big trade show with lots of different vendors selling all kinds of items from gifts and jewelry to clothes and Christmas decor- its a one stop shop for every girl on your Christmas list- i knocked out quite a few people on my list at this big show and made a mental note that i must exhibit next year with the green bean, every vendor i talked with said they had done really well. I have some photos below of some things that i loved and wanted to buy- but then thought, i can make that. :)

On Saturday after Matt got home from a training meeting we went down to my favorite Saturday morning spot- the farmers market. A lot of people forget that the market is still going strong in the fall with onions, spinach, pears, apples and all kinds of other produce still in season. Matt has been into geocashing lately so we walked around the city market area of downtown for a little while looking for a geocash and then went to our favorite antique store down there too, it was a great day to just be out walking around downtown. Oh and thanks to the great camera on my new iphone 4s i captured lots of blog worthy photos :) enjoy.
little man lookin stylin and happy on our walk...
