So here's what i just made tonight. Easy Garlic Chicken & Roasted Veggies
Roasted Cauliflower & Carrots
Preheat the oven to 425
-Chop up whatever veggies you want and add an onion for good flavor
-Toss them all in a bowl with enough olive oil to lightly coat, as much kosher salt and pepper as you like and a tablespoon of minced garlic
-After everything is tossed together put it on your deep flexipat. I love this mold because it's super versatile its kind of like a 9x13 pyrex pan meets a cookie sheet. Place it in the oven for about 30 minutes, until the veggies have charred areas.
This chicken is so easy, and i use the large round mold, another great super versatile mold. I made a cheesecake in it a few weeks ago, microwaved my veggies in it last night and tonight i'm baking chicken in it!
2 chicken breasts cut in half
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon minced garlic
Mix the garlic and oil together and pour over chicken, i used a spatula to spread it over the tops of each piece. Then sprinkle brown sugar over it all. Then pop it in the oven with your veggies at 425 and cook for 20 minutes or so, until your breasts are done, it all depends on the thickness.
