On Tuesday night I met my friend Noelani at Snow & Co. to talk blogs. I picked Snow & Co. because I have seen it and heard about it but never tried it. I was looking for someplace to meet up later (7:30) that wasn't a full restaurant, but also wasn't a bar, Lets be honest I really wanted a bakery of some sort but as it turns out most bakeries close in the afternoon (and I don't blame them with having to get up in the wee hours to start the next days goodies). Snow & Co is pretty awesome, and this is coming from someone who doesn't even drink alcohol!
My friend Noelani has fabulous style, which she shares on her blog and her instagram- check her out! I love making new friends and meeting new people but its really fun when you click with someone and it feels like you've known each other forever and that totally happened with her. I feel like we are long lost friends.
Snow & Co. is this awesome spot where you can go hang out and feel comfortable for hours. There were people with their small child at a table next to us and on the other side students with their laptops. There is unlimited soft seating and the food and drinks will keep you there for hours. They are known for their pre-made frozen cocktails which you can "sample" and they have 1 non-alcoholic drink which I ordered that currently contains fresh OJ, Pineapple & Lemonade. It was delicious.
Their menu has lots of fun items on it, we started with the house made hummus which comes with olive tapenade topping it off and is delicious. We tried two different pizza combos- the hawaiian & the italian job, the italian job was my favorite, delicious! The meatball sliders have to be the highlight of the meal, they were surprisingly sweet with layered flavor and addicting! To finish off we had a few macarons that they bring in from a local macaron bakery and they were delicious.
If you need a place to chill with friends late into the evening snow & co is open 7 days a week and late! I loved it and will def. be paying it another visit.
