Yesterday I was thinking about how Halloween might be the longest celebrated holiday.  If you think about it there is nothing in between the start of school and October 31st so we start to get excited, decorate and eat Halloween candy mid-September.  Its definitely a fun holiday to celebrate- whats not to love about candy and dressing up- and clearly it’s one of my favorites evident by the amount of posts I’ve done on the holiday over the years.  I love to create family traditions with my kids and for Halloween we love to drop off treats to our friends, this year with the help of MARS candy we will be creating these fun BOO kits to drop off to our friends.

At Walmart I purchased the MARS Chocolate Favorites bag that has mini M&M’s®, SNICKERS®, TWIX®, & MILKY WAY® and these adorable 8oz. monster soda cans of A&W & Sunkist, perfect for these fun BOO kits! The big bags of candy are in the clearly marked seasonal Halloween candy aisle and the sodas are in the soda aisle.  Get a coupon HERE

Once you have your supplies for your BOO kit go HERE and print out the fun “You’ve been BOO’d” printable. I love that MARS has made it so easy for us all, this printable includes a cute card to let your friends know what “BOO’ing” is and to encourage them to BOO it forward as well as a sign they can put on their front door to let friends know that they have already been BOO’d so as to not drop off more BOO treats.

I have some friends that live in a particularly friendly neighborhood and people are BOO’ing all of the time so the “We’ve Been BOO’d” sign is helpful unless you’re like me and want all the candy you can get. 😉

I plan on making several BOO kits so to make it simple I used a roll of clear cellophane and some fun orange ribbon and wrapped 2 soda cans & a couple handfuls of candy in the middle and tied it at the top. Supplies I already had on hand, which is always a win in my book.
Get your BOO printable HERE, and start sharing with your friends, family & neighbors! Who will you BOO this Halloween season?!
