Loaded BBQ Potatoes

Loaded BBQ Potatoes
Sometimes I just need a really easy recipe, am I right? I am currently 37 weeks pregnant and the thought of standing in my kitchen for any amount of time is truly unappealing. Today I’ve partnered with Farm Rich® Smokehouse and Birds Eye to bring you a game day meal recipe that is easy and delicious. I think I’ve mentioned that I’m totally obsessed with potatoes lately and so when I discovered these easily microwavable full of flavor potatoes I had to try them! I know we are all in need of quick and easy dinner recipes so hopefully when you’re sitting down for a Monday night football game this recipe will make your life a little easier. 🙂

Loaded BBQ Potatoes
I purchased the Birds Eye Sour Cream and Onion Potatoes & Farm Rich® Smokehouse Pulled Brisket at Walmart. Both of these products packed a super flavorful punch so I didn’t add any spices or extra flavoring to my recipe, seriously simple! Birds Eye has paired popular vegetables with popular, mouth-watering flavors that result in winning combinations such as Buffalo Cauliflower, Ranch Broccoli, Sour Cream & Onion Potatoes, Teriyaki Broccoli and Barbecue Sweet Corn. Farm Rich® Smokehouse Pulled Brisket is smoked for hours, high in protein and has a great flavor, you can also find it in the freezer aisle.
