It’s BBQ Season
1 ½ cups water
2/3 cup vanilla pudding mix
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 very ripe banana
vanilla wafer crumbs- blended in a food processor
3 ounces of cream cheese
½ cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
2/3 cup chilled heavy whipping cream
1 banana cut in diagonal slices to put on top
Banana Cream Layer
Blend the water, pudding mix and sweetened condensed milk until will mixed. Refrigerate until set, at least an hour. While chilling make peanut butter topping.
Peanut Butter Topping
Using electric mixer, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar in medium bowl until smooth. Beat in vanilla, then peanut butter. Beat cream in another medium bowl until firm peaks form. Fold large spoonful of whipped cream into peanut mixture to loosen, then fold in remaining cream in 2 additions.
Filling the pie shell:
first spread banana pudding mixture then sprinkle with vanilla wafter crumbs. Top with the peanut butter topping and then around the edges place diagonally cut pieces of bananas. Chill until well set, at least 4 hours, or overnight.
