This week we have been drinking the 12 packs from the pantry- at lunch, at the pool, while watching Gilmore Girls (is anyone else just discovering GG? I’m totally addicted and binge watching this summer) and while we have been tackling the very long to do list of projects for the new house. As an update- new carpet is in! yay! Matt is building some awesome lockers in our garage so we will have a “mudroom” to toss shoes, coats, and bags. As we’ve been enjoying these fun seltzer waters I find myself cutting juice with them and just drinking them by themselves for something different to drink during the day.

Pineapple Lemon-Lime Soda

1 Can Canada Dry Lemon-Lime Sparkling Seltzer
1/4 Cup Pineapple Juice
1/2 Cup Simple Syrup
2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
1 Tablespoon Lime Juice
In a small pitcher combine all ingredients and mix. Serve and enjoy over ice.
1 Can Canada Dry Mandarin Orange Sparkling Seltzer
1/4 Cup Orange Juice
1/2 Cup Simple Syrup
1 Teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
To make simple syrup combine 1 cup of sugar and 1 cup of water in a small saucepan over medium heat. Heat until the sugar dissolves and it is clear. Remove from heat and separate out 1/2 cup into a liquid measuring cup. Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and let cool.
In a small pitcher combine the can of mandarin orange seltzer with the orange juice and the vanilla simple syrup. Serve and enjoy over ice.
