On Saturday I was in one of my best friends’ weddings in Nashville. The ceremony was in her parent’s backyard and was beautiful. I love this girl in the picture above and it was such a treat to be able to spend more time with her as we got ready and enjoyed Meredith’s day! One of the funnest parts of being in a wedding is getting all dressed up! The bridesmaids wore Alfred Sung dresses we were able to choose any style that came in dupioni and was knee length. It was hard to choose because so many of the styles are so cute and if you are familiar with fashion history you will know that most of them are derivative of Oleg Cassini dresses that Jacki O wore, so of course i loved them!
The girl who did our makeup was so good, i love getting my makeup done btw, and i asked for a smokey eye and showed her some pinterest images. I loved the way it turned out, i only wish i could do it on my own every now and then!
